Trailer / platform
We use EU-certified platform type trailers with dimensions from 2.55x4.0m to 2.55x8.40m, and the total weight of the house and trailer is about 3.5 tons.

The trailer is equipped with a brake system, parking brake and four supports.

The dimensions of the house itself are adjusted to the dimensions of the chosen trailer. It is possible to construct the second floor as well.

Construction
The load-bearing structure is made of certified C24 class calibrated timber. Floor and roof frame 45 x 195 mm. Wall frame 45 x 95 mm.
Finishing
Interior finishing - spun finishing board 12 - 16 mm. Exterior finish - spun finish 18 mm, profiled metal sheet.
Insulation
Knauf mineral wool / eco-wool 150 mm floor and ceiling, 100 mm walls and Jutadren 115 diffusion membrane.
Heating and water
Stiebel Eltron electric convectors. A water and sewerage system has been built, outlets for connection to the city communications.
Windows and doors
PVC double glazed windows and doors.
Electrical installation
Built-in electrical installation in accordance with EU standards, automatic switch distribution box, outlets for connection to the camping-type power supply network, as well as the possibility to establish a permanent connection to the electrical network.
